Welcome to Socialvibe (“Company”, “we”, “our”, “us”). These Terms of Service govern your use of our website socialvibeme.com and the digital marketing services we provide. By placing an order or using our services, you agree to be bound by these terms.

2. Services

Socialvibe provides digital marketing services including but not limited to Search Engine Optimization (SEO), Google Ads management, Meta Ads management, social media management, landing page design, and web design & development. All services are delivered digitally and do not involve physical goods.

3. Orders and Payment

All prices are listed in USD unless otherwise specified. Payment is required at the time of placing an order. We accept credit cards, debit cards, Apple Pay, and Google Pay via our secure payment processor. By submitting payment, you authorize us to charge the specified amount to your payment method.

Orders are confirmed via email once payment is successfully processed. Delivery timelines vary by service and are indicated on the respective service pages.

4. Service Delivery

We aim to begin work on all orders within 24-72 hours of payment confirmation. Delivery times depend on the scope and complexity of the service ordered. We will keep you informed of progress via email.

For ongoing services, work will continue for the agreed-upon duration as specified in your selected plan.

5. Client Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate information when placing an order, including valid contact details and any necessary access credentials for your accounts or platforms. Delays caused by incomplete or incorrect information provided by the client may affect delivery timelines.

6. Intellectual Property

All deliverables created by Socialvibe (designs, content, code, etc.) become the property of the client upon full payment. We reserve the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio unless the client requests otherwise in writing.

7. Limitation of Liability

Socialvibe provides services on an “as is” basis. While we strive for the best results, we cannot guarantee specific outcomes such as search rankings, ad performance metrics, or engagement rates. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion. In such cases, a full refund will be issued. Clients may request cancellation of ongoing services with 7 days written notice.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation, and if necessary, through the competent courts of Dubai, UAE.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
